A New Look for Cookie Monster!

Here are some fun pencil sketches I did for the fine folks at Sesame Workshop! The gang wanted me to provide a new look for the ever-hungry Cookie Monster, and here were my ideas! I wanted a very "loose" and animated look for the Muppet, and tried to get that chaotic feel in these sketches! Click each below to enlarge!

Super Grover! Sesame Workshop Merchandise Art! CTW!

A very fun assignment! The folks at Sesame Workshop came to me wanting many "super heroic" poses for their newly revised SUPER GROVER 2.0 character! Here are some roughs, full pencil designs, and even a final inked piece from this job! I tried to give Grover a sorta "Jack Kirby" Marvel Comics vibe, but always keeping his goofy attitude at the forefront, also! Great to work with the famous SESAME STREET Muppets! GHOSTWRITER Comics! Children's Television Workshop!

Here are two pages for the GHOSTWRITER comic strip, for a Children's TV Workshop magazine! Based on the the PBS live-action reading show, the strip ran for over a year in the kid-oriented magazine. I had to capture the actor's likenesses, as well as deliver a fun and action-filled educational strip! Click to enlarge!
