Another fun sketch cover, spotlighting one of the main villains (Catwoman, as portrayed by Julie Newmar) from the famed 1966 BATMAN TV show!
Had a ton of fun with this sketch cover, based upon the famous 60s Aurora model kit, but with an added 1950s ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN (the TV series starring George Reeves) twist!
Rendered in ink, crayon, and colored pencil!

What fan didn't love (and build) the famous 60s-70s Batman plastic model kit by Aurora?
This often re-released kit has to be one of the most memorable images in comics history, and I wanted to create a sketch cover based on this terrific toy, trying to keep the motion, mood, and dynamics captured in the original 3D statue!
I used ink, crayon, colored pencils, and markers to create this one!
